Registration Policies
- Registration is ONLINE ONLY
- To ensure accuracy, we strongly encourage you to PRINT a copy of the Registration Tips and keep it handy during your online registration.
- A LATE FEE of $50 will be applied to all registrations received after October 25, 2010 at 11:59pm CST.
- NO REFUNDS will be granted, unless a school team needs to cancel to accommodate a playoff game performance .
- If you have multiple teams, you MUST complete a separate registration form for each team. You may use the same email address to login, but you need to create multiple registrations.
- All athletes MUST have a completed Medical & Liability Release form . You may mail them with your registration or bring them to the event. Do not bring photocopies - we need original signatures. You WILL NOT be allowed to compete without them . Forms will be available when registration is opened.
Registration Costs
Team Divisions
$22.00 per participant. The cost per participant includes a ticket to a future Milwaukee Wave Game, where several dance teams will be featured and/or perform competition routines.
This is the cost for ONE routine. Additional dance routines are $50 per routine (total team cost).
Solo/Ensemble/Student Team Divisions
$15.00 per participant PER routine.
Late Fees
A $50.00 late fee will apply for all entries completed online after October 25th at 11:59pm CST. Payment must be received by competition day in order for teams to compete.
