eliminating duplicate names.The

determines who is admitted with your team.Only coaches and athletes should be reporting to the Team Admission
area.Only coaches on the roster will be admitted

immediately to your left (WEST side of the lobby.)Teams will then proceed to the arena and be

decision will allow some of you to arrive at a more convenient time, based on
your scheduled performance.
Have your MEDICAL FORMS in hand at arrival. If
you have a change in the number of athletes, please let us know. Your counts are
listed on the Schedules, posted online.

near team room “E.”We will not be completing individual “checks”
(hair, nails, jewelry, etc.) while in the hole, but if a violation is spotted,
the a competition official will be called to determine if a penalty is
appropriate. All violations must be corrected before performance.
Teams may send captains to mark the floor as time
permits, but we will not hold up the event to allow for floor
time.
Please review all rules for compliance. It is always
our goal to have zero violations at our event!
Remember to bring two copies of your music along,
especially if you have a home-burned CD, because we’ve all had that experience
of a particular CD not working in one player. Music checks are available during
any non-competition time for dance. Please make sure your music is appropriate
for family audiences. Music checks are not guaranteed, and they are offered on a
first come, first serve basis.
