We know that everyone is very busy right now, but we’re asking that you read through all of this information carefully, and that you check the “Need to Know” page on the website over the next few days. There are many important details below, but we are working to keep everyone informed.

All Schedules (please note: Times are a guideline. Every effort will be made to stay on time, but ultimately, you are responsible for the performance ORDER. This is especially important in the event that we get ahead of schedule.
Coach Listing: There are two listings: one for the program and one for the announcer. Please check both lists. The program list has been shortened by eliminating duplicate names. The announcer list indicates all names that will be announced when your team performs. This is also the list that determines who is admitted with your team.Only coaches and athletes should be reporting to the Team Admission area.Only coaches on the roster will be admitted free.No additional coach names can be added at this time.
Team Listing: Please verify that we have the correct number of athletes listed. This will help expedite the check-in and ensure that we collect the correct number of medical forms. Anyone not on the coach roster or not on your team count will be required to pay spectator admission fees
Here are some important steps to follow on the COMPETITION DAY:

Have your MEDICAL FORMS in hand at arrival. If you have a change in the number of athletes, please let us know. Your counts are listed on the Schedules, posted online.

These areas are located in the NORTHEAST CORNER of the ground level, near team room “E.”We will not be completing individual “checks” (hair, nails, jewelry, etc.) while in the hole, but if a violation is spotted, the a competition official will be called to determine if a penalty is appropriate. Music checks are not guaranteed, and they are offered on a first come, first serve basis.
