2011 Wisconsin Spirit Classic
Registration Deadline for Wisconsin Spirit Classic 2010: October 25, 2011
Registration Policies
- Registration is ONLINE ONLY
- To ensure accuracy, we strongly encourage you to PRINT a copy of the Registration Tips and keep it handy during your online registration.
- A LATE FEE of $75 will be applied to all registrations received after October 17, 2010 at 11:59pm CST.
- NO REFUNDS will be granted, unless a school team needs to cancel to accommodate a playoff game performance .
- If you have multiple teams, you MUST complete a separate registration form for each team. You may use the same email address to login, but you need to create multiple registrations.
- All athletes MUST have a completed Medical & Liability Release form. Please make sure you use the form for the proper event:
- You may mail them with your registration or bring them to the event. Do
not bring photocopies - we need original signatures. You WILL NOT be allowed to compete without them . Forms will be available when registration is opened.
Registration Costs
Team Divisions
$15.00 per participant.
This is the cost for ONE routine. Additional dance routines are $75 per routine (total team cost).
Solo/Ensemble/Student Team Divisions
$15.00 per participant PER routine.
Late Fees
A $75.00 late fee will apply for all entries completed
online after October 25th at 11:59pm CST. Payment must be received by
competition day in order for teams to compete.

2012 Winter Spirit Classic
Registration Deadline for Winter Spirit Classic 2012: Monday, January 2nd
Registration Policies
- Registration is ONLINE ONLY
- If you registered for the November event, you may log in with the same email address and simply select "Winter Spirit Classic" in the drop down menu.
- To ensure accuracy, we strongly encourage you to PRINT a copy of the Registration Tips and keep it handy during your online registration.
- If your registration is assessed a late fee, you will have to manually delete it from your total. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- If you have multiple teams, you MUST complete a separate registration form for each team. You may use the same email address to login, but you need to create multiple registrations.
- All athletes MUST have a completed Medical & Liability Release form .
Please make sure you use the form for the proper event: Wisconsin Spirit Classic and/or Winter Spirit Classic. You may mail them with your registration or bring them to the event. Do
